ABOUT US Originally established November 15, 1984 as Young's Mobile Home Service by Lee and Derek Young, father and son.   The Young family has been working with Coleman and American Standard  heating and air conditioning equipment since the early 1960's concentrating in the mobile home industry.  The company branched out into the residential HVAC industry in 1996. The company was incorporated as Young's Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. September 1, 2004 Derek has worked with his father since he was a young boy and is proud to have the third generation members of the family, Benjamin and Tristan (Derek's sons), working along with him. Benjamin took  over the service department in 2011 assisted by his brother, Tristan.  Derek's cousin, Beth runs the office. The fourth generation, Ben's son Heydan is currently occupied with kindergarten and will hopefully join the company in 2023. Young's Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is fully licensed (C-20 HVAC and C-47 Manufactured Housing) and insured and is a Member Better Business Bureau Northeast California
